If you have questions about your liability insurance, we're here to help! We've provided answers to our most Frequently Asked Questions, but if you can't find what your looking for, just contact us! We'll respond by email so you can review the information when it's most convenient for you. And, since our customer service team is ready and waiting to hear from you, you can expect a personal response to your email within 24 hours.

Your policy renews the same time every year (or six months). The renewal date is in the upper right section of your liability certificate. If you absolutely can not find it, (we have always made your massage certificate orange so it is easy to find) you can email us and we will email your renewal date back to you. If you need a copy of your liability certificate please email us and request one. A $10,00 fee may apply. Renewal notices for RMT's (who do not belong to the OMTA) and all other modalities are sent out approximately 30 days prior to renewal.

The fastest way to have your application for malpractice insurance processed is to apply online at rmtinsurance.com using a credit card for payment. You can also send it to us by express post ($3.00) or courier ($15.00). We will process your liability application the same day we receive it. If you include a fax number or email address, we will send the document to you within 24 hours. New RMT's can get express service and we will process your malpractice liability application before noon.

The College of Massage Therapy ( CMTO ) will not allow us to fax certificates of Liability Insurance to them directly. As an RMT, you must include the certificate or the information contained on it with your CMTO application or renewal documents.
