Our coverage includes Professional Liability, Commercial General Liability and abuse coverage. Coverage for other modalities can usually be included at no additional premium.

Your policy will include:

• $2,000,000 Professional Liability on an Occurrence Form for long term protection.
• $25,000 Legal Expense reimbursement for fraudulent abuse claims (coverage for abuse claims is normally excluded from insurance policies).
• $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability which is a must for ANY independent practitioner. This will provide coverage for clients who may fall and injure themselves on the property, including on your sidewalk outside. 60% of the claims reported to our office fall under this coverage.
• $250,000 Tenants Legal Liability if you rent or lease space.

Unlike other policies currently available, this is NOT a shared limit policy. Each applicant will receive the coverage as outlined above!
